With my interest peaked, I studied sports massage and completed a B.Sc in Sports Therapy. I left my job as a data analyst and set up Delta Sports Therapy. In statistics the delta is the distance between two points, and this is how I like to treat my patients. We focus on the level of pain or range of motion they are facing, which is the first point, and we look at what the pain of the range of motion should be, which is the second point. I then use hands-on therapy and exercises to return the body to where is should be (the second point).
